Pet Policy

Legends at Chatham is a pet-friendly community featuring a community pet park allowing your pet to enjoy being off-leash in this designated area.

Our non-refundable pet fee is $350 for the first pet and $500 for the second. Our monthly pet rent is $15 per pet per month. We allow up to two pets per apartment and have the following breed restrictions:

Restricted Dog Breeds:
*Shepherd
*Doberman
*Rottweiler
*Pit bull
*Chow
*Bull Mastiff
*Husky
*Wolf-dog hybrid
*Great Dane
*St, Bernard
*Any other dog breeds restricted by applicable law or regulation


Other Pets Restricted:
Ferrets
Reptiles
Tarantulas
Rodents
